Buddhist Meditations; Preface
I am beginning a new writing project. I am going to attempt to write and publish one meditation for thirty days. These are for myself as much as they are for anyone reading this; hopefully we’ll all grow as a result. I encourage you to not just think intellectually about the words, but to probe your feelings and reactions to the words. Don’t just understand, but allow these meditations to saturate into your being. As a result, you should become more self-aware, more self-accepting, and closer to a sense of inner peace.
I know this is a big order. I may not deliver, but I will try. PLEASE feel free to comment, question, or add your own reflections on the meditation of the day. I love to receive feedback. :)
